Eligibility & Fee Details

Eligibility(B.TECH) – 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in the aggregate.

Eligibility(B.TECH LEET) – 50% Marks in Diploma of 3 Years (After 10th) OR Diploma of 2 Years (After 12th).

The Department has been maintaining the sophisticated modern equipments in various laboratories to train the students as per the standards set up by the University with Industrial applications & visits. The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering started with an intake of 60 students with well qualified Faculty, Excellent Laboratories, Seminar Hall and Library facilities in Year 2009. From the Academic session 2012-13, The Department introduced an M.Tech programme in ECE with an intake of 18 students (Morning Shift) & 18 Students (Evening Shift). The Department is successfully functioning under the guidance of Dr. N.D.   • The Department organised Two-Week ISTE Main Workshop On “Control Systems” from 2nd Dec to 12th Dec, 2014 under the National Mission on Education through ICT (MHRD, Govt. of India) Conducted by IIT Kharagpur. Mrs Ankita Mittal was the coordinator of the workshop, & attended the training workshop at IIT, Kharagpur.
  • The Department organised Two-Week ISTE Main Workshop On “Analog Electronics” from 4th June to 14th June, 2013 under the National Mission on Education through ICT (MHRD, Govt. of India) Conducted by IIT Kharagpur. Mr. Saranjeet Singh was the coordinator of the workshop, & attended the training workshop at IIT, Kharagpur.
  • One day Workshop on “PCB Designing” was held in September 2012.
  • The Department organised “Project Display” made by Third Year Students on The Engineers Day i.e. on 15-9-2011.
