The well qualified faculty and courses of Electronics & Communication Engineering department aid to prepare students for careers as professional engineers through an education in fundamental principles presented in the context of real application and design experience. Project work throughout the course underpins the necessity for a combination of practical and theoretical skills and abilities. With ever-increasing tempo of events throughout the world, it has become essential to have more efficient communication network with the latest electronic devices and circuits. The Department has been maintaining the sophisticated modern equipment in various laboratories to train the students as per the standards set up by the University with Industrial applications & visits. The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering started with an intake of 60 students with well qualified Faculty, Excellent Laboratories, Seminar Hall and Library facilities in Year 2009. From the Academic session 2012-13, The Department introduced an M.Tech programme in ECE with an intake of 18 students (Morning Shift) & 18 Students (Evening Shift).
